Looks like early is the way to beat the heavier rain. I'll be somewhere at the Milwaukee lakefront this a.m. Not sure if I'll launch from Bradford or McKinely until I get there.

Nice afternoon on the water, kited off my island until dark. Not as gusty as itoften is with some east in the wind, and no gloves needed. Hope all got in the water somewhere!

Tough riding! Who was out on the North gear that I spoke with? Sorry, never got your name. I was too busy getting worked over by the waves. I tried a 6m kite and single strap on a surfboard. Couldn't do it. No waves were caught. I was underpowered and then a wave would wash my board back to the beach. Later I switched to a 140cm tt and had no problems, but it was still tiring. The further south I rode, the my A frames I had to contend with. Carpenter and D. showed up as I was leaving. Hope ya'll had fun!
