At Bradford now as SSYC readings didn’t look good. Seems to be picking up here and is on shore. Gonna wait a few mins though.

Sensors at Sheboygan were way off.
People were foiling & huge kites barely riding when I got there
Handheld meter said 10mph, vs lighthouse 20mph
Barely rideable mid to late afternoon with an 18m soul and door.
Never mind- good light wind practice and a beautiful day.

Looking to see everyone out this week. Not sure what happened to the weather though. It was 80 and near board shorts when I left and now I'm thinking it's winter suit weather. Guess I can't go on vacation anymore

The panhandle was nice. 80 degrees most days with the gulf around 70. Packed a spring suit and didn't use it once. Even got a North wind and was able to ride the sound which reminded me much of Hatteras. 2' of water even 500 yards off shore. Oysters everywhere though, took a couple of solid chunks out of my TT riding over oysters...better than my feet I suppose.

Highlights included foiling up and down the island with very curious dolphins, watching my 4-yr old fly the trainer kite solo, getting my wife flying my 10m 4-line kite solo, and then watching my 3 yr old body board for 3 hours straight. Happy vacation, happy to be home

Jeff, it sounds like you had a great time.

JV, the rain makes things look pretty iffy for today. I'll keep an eye on the radar to see if the rain will give us a chance to kite this afternoon. Noon looks like bad timing, but that's based on a "forecast" (two four letter words combined).

Tomorrow (Tuesday) looks good from mid-morning through the day. Pike is the place. I'll probably get there by 11.
