Wow, what a day. True 30-40 mph wind. Depowered on my 6m! I had two incidents myself. After landing on the beach the first time, my chicken loop safety had a bunch of sand it it. I was trying to clean it out while flying the kite. bad, bad choice. It popped open and the kite flagged out. Thanks Steve and Jeff for the beach assistance. When I went back out on my tt I didn't change out of my rope slider surf spreader bar. I was off balance on a jump and had yard sale. It was too windy to get my board back, my harness slid up on my drysuit, my hood was in my eye and I couldn't even hang on to a mooring and wait for my board to drift back to me. Steve and Jeff again helped out and spotted my board after I body surfed back to shore.
